Round 25: Insomniac Championship Night @ Fontana
It's time. After a hard fought battle over 24 races, we've finally come to the Fontana Speedway for the Insomniac Championship Night. After tonight's race, one lucky driver will be crowned IES Drivers Champion.
Tonight sees a record 8 drivers in mathematical contention for the championship.
1 C Nova, LDR
2 D Kurtis, -14
3 S Angel, -17
4 C Sandfer, -23
5 C Atwood, -28
6 M Chan, -41
7 R Smith, -56
8 J Davis, -66
Along with this, the battle for ROTY will come down to the last race in a battle between Ryder Smith and Jordan Davis, the two of which separated by only 3 points.
Can Cosmic Nova continue his domination of the IES with a 3rd straight title? Or will he be knocked off the pedestal in place of a brand new champion? We'll find out over the course of this weekend.

16th For Pericles:" I can already sense how bad of a roadblock Daniel is going to be..."
Smith:" Starting 7th, Not a bad spot but I'd pretty much need the other 6 to not score points at all...Wonderful.."

- Spoiler:
- Louviere: "Is this what it feels? The program is so new that I never experience this pain in my heart as a driver and owner. We got to do something. Nova is left alone, and Chan's car stop get proper draft. I'm sorry Nova and Chan. Good luck in World Finals II. I know there's fan vote in both Insomniac Elite and Slim Jim Series. Vote for Doge moments in World Finals. Haha. We'll try to win, but otherwise, I'll see in the paddock in World Finals with my headset on. I'll cut it short for now. We will be back. Everybody is going to see the new obstacles that lies ahead of us. Anyway, congratulations to the championship, deserved it, well fought out."

- Spoiler::
- Finguy: "It was a season at first just plebage. But yet look at it. We got wins. WINS. The fans wanted it. I wanted it, it was emotional, it was breathtaking to see how far I become with the team and I'm going on a good note. It was a chance for me to get back in the IES and I can't forget it. It might not seem much, but Europe turned it around. Sweden turned it around. Russia made it clear. It's a damn shame we didn't get a spot in but someone stole it. I'm going to be a clear runner for the fan vote for IES. If not. I got Shelly to cheer."

Re: Round 25: Insomniac Championship Night @ Fontana
- Nick Pericles:
- " We started off the season with a lot of momentum, winning Las Vegas and Being Consistent. The one thing that brought me out of the Championship Fight, was terribly timed wrecks and issues that just bombarded me at the end of the season, So for me to Work my Way up from Running In the Last pack to finishing 11th. I'd say that's my last hurrah for this season. Great Job to D.J Kurtis, He Really Deserved that Championship."
- Ryder Smith:
- "We Were Strong the Entire Season..No Doubt about it. Although the only thing that kept me out of close reach in this one was the fact that I was wrecked at the worst possible times. Even If I did stay within close range i don't think I could have won the championship if you have a Guy like D.J Kurtis Flying to the Front of the Field! Amazing Run For him and Congrats! Although, I did come away with something this season....Rookie of the Year! How about that? Now Let's see if I can keep this type of performance up because I'm not going anywhere anytime Soon!"

James: We got lucky with that caution, and we were able to pull a decent finish. Congrats to the Champion, glad that we signed you before this accomplishment.

Re: Round 25: Insomniac Championship Night @ Fontana
- Reject of the Race:
- PJ Williams failing to finish off on a good note
- Reject of the Season:
- Daniel Voyles: What is seen cannot be unseen.
Re: Round 25: Insomniac Championship Night @ Fontana
- D.J. Kurtis:
- "We didn't quite start the race on a good note, we honestly struggled throughout the first half. A majority of the championship contenders were a lot stronger than us. The caution came out near the end, and we had a solid long run car, but decided to do some strategy and take fresh tires. Surprisingly, we were flying up there and got to 2nd. Despite them closing doors here, I gotta thank CBM for everything they gave me, without them I wouldn't have won races and a championship. With me joining SUMS, I'll be patient with them like I have with CBM, I don't expect to be fast immediately, but hopefully they improve based on progression."
